基于最短路的配送中心选址决策与应用

物流作为“第三利润源泉”,对现代的经济活动影响日益明显,越来越引起人们的重视。配送是物流的核心问题,研究如何选择合理的配送中心和配送路线来降低配送运输成本,对物流总成本的节约具有十分重要的意义。论文从配送运输成本最小化目标出发,对单一配送中心选址以及一对一配送路线优化问题进行分析,并分别建立重心法选址模型和最短路算法模型,进行实例分析。     

OFDI逆向技术溢出能够改善中国能源效率吗

从理论和实证两个层面考察了OFDI逆向技术溢出对中国能源效率的影响。采用2002—2016年中国30个(非全部)省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据，运用DEA博弈交叉效率模型测算了碳排放约束下各省(直辖市、自治区)能源效率的现状。选取技术进步、产业结构等7类控制变量，采用动态面板GMM方法分析了OFDI逆向技术溢出与区域能源效率之间的动态关系。研究表明：OFDI逆向技术溢出对区域能源效率具有显著的正向促进作用，其每增加1%，将带来能源效率0.0613%的提升；在其他控制变量中，技术进步、产业结构优化、能源结构优化、外商直接投资对能源效率具有正向促进作用，城镇化水平对能源效率具有负向抑制作用，人力资本水平与对外开放度对能源效率具有正向促进作用，但不显著。以上发现为“一带一路”背景下区域节能减排政策的制定提供了经验证据。     

Do investors in Green Bond market pay a premium? Global evidence

We examine the pricing difference of Green Bonds (GB) and conventional bonds (CBs) in capital markets worldwide. Credit spread is used to observe whether investors would like to pay a premium for GBs over CBs. This study uses panel data regression with hybrid model to analyse daily observations over the period 2016 to 2017. We employ Option-Adjusted spread (OAS) to measure the credit spreads of bonds while controlling for bond specific, macroeconomic and global factors that influence the spread. With the hybrid model used in the panel data analysis, we were able to capture the fixed-effects of variables in a random effect model. We find that GBs are traded at a premium of 63 basis points (BPS), compared with a comparable corporate bond issue. We find that the green label provides issuers an incentive to raise funds through issuing GBs while providing investors an opportunity to diversify their investments returns. Our findings provide several implications to the major stakeholders driving the GB market to scale up the market to finance the required level of global green investment needs. We stress an urgent need to support the growth of the GB market to achieve sustainable development through mitigating climate change challenges.

I consider whether entrepreneurship is a distinct category within economic theory. More generally, I consider the links between discussions of entrepreneurship and philosophic debates over the nature of the aesthetic. For instance, Kant's attempt to elevate the category of the aesthetic has much in common with Kirzner's attempt to elevate the concept of the entrepreneur. Shackle's theory of choice refers very directly to the notion of the aesthetic. Theories of the aesthetic and theories of the entrepreneur have common strengths and weaknesses.

基于网络规划的道路系统设计

针对物流系统设计，基于网络规划法提出了一种在物流中心已经确定的条件下，进行道路系统的新的设计方法。通过合理但设把道路系统的设计转变为网络规划中求解最短路径的问题．通过统计每个路段的最短路径通过率．得出路段的运量负担情况，从而为道路的功能和等级设计提供依据。在此基础上．以宁波化工区的物流系统为例，建立了宁波化工区道路系统的网络模型，对宁波化工区的道路系统进行了功能设计。结果表明，该方法在区域物流系统设计中有良好的应用前景．

我国金融安全评价体系及应用研究

准确评价我国金融安全,对于维护我国金融体系的稳定,有着重大而深远的影响。在阐述金融安全评价指标选取原则的基础上,构建了我国金融安全评价体系,该评价体系由国家宏观经济安全、金融机构安全和外部金融安全三个子系统构成,通过层次分析法确定各子系统及评价指标的权重,并运用功效系数法对我国1998-2004年的金融安全作出综合评价,力求对我国金融安全态势做出准确的判断,为预防、救助和处置措施提供科学依据。

对建设项目传统管理模式的弊端进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了以项目的全寿命周期为研究范畴的观点，并对项目管理的系统化方法进行了研究。
